Can I get the item in a different color?

Please reach out to me for any custom requests. Most wood items can be painted another color. I use Rustoleum 2X and Krylon fusion paints . You are welcome to check out their site for current color swatches and reach out to me prior to ordering to see if I am able to make the color change for you. I want your item to fit in your home perfectly.

When will my item be ready to ship?

Over the past couple years I have been able to reduce my 2 week turn around time to the current processing time listed. It will take the whole time that is posted in most cases. I have a pretty solid routine with when I have help in the workshop and Shipping. As you can see I offer a range of handmade items that I love making...from sewing to etching to wood working... Based on orders- I sew one day a week - I etch and engrave water bottles one day, etc. This keeps the quality at its highest because the focus is one type of project. Please keep this in mind when you are ordering.... if you have a special occasion that you need your item for just please communicate with me prior and hopefully I can accommodate your special request.

Beautiful sign and great quality!

Horrible customer service. Created shipping label but never sent the item. I messaged the seller twice for an update without response before I had Etsy get involved. I waited 2 months for an item that was clearly never made. I see this seller seems to have a habit of taking orders (and customer’s money) with no intention of actually providing a product. Terrible shop. Poor customer service. Would never recommend this item or shop to anyone.

This sign is beautiful. As others mentioned it does take some time to receive but well worth the wait!
